The Regional Inclusive Education Resource Centre (RIERC) Bamenda was created to provide technical support and mentorship to learners with impairments and to teachers in the region and to support the production of pedagogical resource materials, the provision of brailing and signing services, and to serve as a library and research center on Inclusive Education.
